The District Chief Executive, Honourable Hackman Kobina Aidoo of the Gomoa Central District Assembly visited the Gomoa Osamkrom Camp Prison as part of his familiarization visit to some key institutions in the district. He assured the prison’s management to have their camp disinfected/disinfested to control disease germs and pests of public health importance.
On Saturday November 1st, 2025, a team made up of Officers of the Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit and the Zoomlion office successfully disinfected/disinfested the entire Osamkrom Camp Prison in fulfillment of the District Chief Executive’ assurance made.
